While I'm not a huge fan of Thanksgiving food overall, leftovers sandwiches are pretty solid

From bottom to top
Sourdough bread
Homemade jellied cranberry sauce
Dressing
Dark meat Turkey
Havarti, Brie, or Swiss
Bread

Dunk in 4 eggs beaten with a cup of half and half with a pinch of salt

Grill in real butter on medium-low

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with Dijonaise

I made a breakfast sandwich with leftover honey ham, croissant roll and egg and cheese.

I found one of those in the fridge at work one time. It wasn't that great. Had to throw it away before I finished

Our family is big fans of Durkees. Anyone know where we can find it anywhere? Not paying Amazon or EBay prices. Best condiment for turkey sandwiches.

Pretty sure I've seen that stuff at HEB. I like a mustard based BBQ sauce for the leftover sandwich.

Never heard of it, but shows in stock at my local HEB and Kroger (Houston).

Turkey salad.......chopped turkey, boiled eggs, onion, celery, mushrooms, pecans, pickle relish, dressing, garlic salt, celery seed and black pepper between toasted bread.......chips and half an avocado

No sandwich here, but I did turn a pile of leftover smoked turkey into 2 half steamer pans of enchiladas. Homemade sauce/corn tortillas, fresh oaxaca, and some block cheddar.

Did not suck.
