Looking for good set of pots/pans that are easy to handle/lift. I'm 64 y/o with arthritis.
Anyone have experience with this?
Recommendations?

Carbon steel pans are not as heavy, but still perform well. Aluminum nonstick pans will also work. For pots, I would go with something with two handles to make lifting easier.
