Anybody have the recipe for Rudy's green chili stew? I've tried a few times and get close but can't quite get there. The copycat recipes I've found online aren't accurate either.

Have made his recipe several times and it is outstanding.
Per your profile I'm assuming Friendswood i45 Rudy's? I haven't seen this at other Rudys. Might have to stop by and try it out.
It's at the one in Corpus, but haven't tried it.

I've done it in a crockpot all day and didn't notice any difference than my pressure cooker. Hope that helps.
