My wife bought me this contraption for Christmas and since I am doing BGE cooking over the next several days got to open it as an early gift.

I usually just wrap my pork shoulders in aluminum foil and a towel and place it in a 20 Qrt. YETI. Anyone have any experience with it? Thoughts? Good, Bad?

She got me some collapsible tub too from the same outfit.

Looks like it's just a more expensive version of what most of us already do, yourself included. While I wouldn't say it's a great gift it is a sign that your wife is either a fan of your bbq, knows how much you enjoy making bbq, or both. To me it's a solution to a problem that doesn't really exist. I would at the least use it after your next cook as a token of appreciation.
