What's everyone running these days? Mine has finally bitten the dust and I'm in the market for a new one.
I have a 560 too. Bypassed all the switches and had to replace the fan because a grease fire melted the shroud. But it is a cooking machine..... When it ever dies I'll probably buy another one.Agzonfire said:
I should've said, my old one is a Masterbuillt 560 gravity fed charcoal/wood. I like it for getting good flavor but it's had quite a few breakdowns and can be a pain to fire up and bring to temp.
Looking for something similar that can do burgers while also be able to do long cooks for pork/brisket

Glad to hear you've had a great experience with the Workhorse 1975. I currently have an Old Country Pecos and am looking to upgrade. Debating between a Workhorse, Franklin, Klose and Fatstack.

18" WSM with BBQ Guru for longer cooks. There's plenty of nicer smokers out there but I don't think there's a better value to be had when it comes to smokers.
