I'm looking for a griddle to go on my Blaze grill. It can handle up to a 28" x 18" griddle. The Blaze one is almost $300, and that seems pricey for how many times I may actually use it. I'm thinking it will be used mainly for burgers, experiment with fried rice / teppanyaki meals, etc... Would like a good grease trap. Can't see myself doing steaks that way. Any recommendations? For reference, the link below shows what I am talking about on one I found on Amazon. Thanks in advance.

If it matters, here is my grill.

I have a Steelmade for my Weber that I like a lot. I got the pouch for it and I store it inside when it's not in use.

Save your money. It's not worth it. It's a novelty.

Thank you. Did you do the Pro or the regular?

Regular - and pre-seasoned.

I haven't bought one to go on top of a gas grill, but I bought a food truck last year for catering large events and we had a 36" griddle (with flames that you'd cook fajitas or something on) and we wanted a flat top to get us through the events so I bought a Steelmade to go on top and it was fantastic quality and worked very well.
