I barely finished the luxe box. Good deal just too much food for myself. I'd also change the chicken Gordita to beef and make the Dorito taco a regular one instead.

Get a soft taco swap beans for beef and remove lettuce. Now get a original crunchy taco and wrap it with the bean and cheese
steak grilled cheese burrito the order some red sauce on the side (probably about 4-5 they come in a little cup), pour sauce over burrito, enjoy!!!
I still get a double decker…. I just ask for it by name and have never had anyone question it. They just ring up a regular taco, charge me for a flour tort and some beans.
Taco Casa for the real deal….reminds me so much of what Taco Bell was way back in the day when my parents would take me there as a treat for 39 cent soft tacos….**** man I'm old
Reminiscing on college 2 a.m. standard order gut bombs -- 2 bean burritos (and I recall them being way larger also), 3 tacos and 20 or so hot sauces -- all for less than $5.
I remember when they had black olives on food...and the value menu was $.39
I still think a couple of chalupas with a cinnamon twist are a pretty decent little meal. I don't think it's a great value with current prices but I don't hate it.

Nothing beats the late-night deal we would get at Whataburger. A dishwasher at the restaurant I worked at moonlighted at WB in the drive-thru. We hit Taco Bell up Saturday after the morning deer hunt. Their decades menu makes it worth while. Had me some beef meximelts, and they were surprisingly solid. Maybe it was nostalgia, but they hit the spot almost as good as after the bar back in the day.
