Wagyu Flat Iron Steak: What to do??

Howdy, here in Rockport just got a new meat market, last one, not so hot, went away. This new one is Great! Wandered in today and for some reason picked up a Wagyu Flat Iron steak??? How do I go this, grill, cast iron fry, what? Never had or done one, need HELP! As always, Thanks! and not, I WILL NOT do it in a crock pot!

I've been wanting to try one but my local Brookshire's doesn't ever have them prepackaged or in the meat case. I may ask next time to see if they can cut one.

I think I'd grill mine over some mesquite.

I do mine in a hot cast iron skillet. They dont take long - 2-3 min per side and cut against the grain and on a bias to make the cut bigger.. I serve mine with a board sauce.
