Howdy, here in Rockport just got a new meat market, last one, not so hot, went away. This new one is Great! Wandered in today and for some reason picked up a Wagyu Flat Iron steak??? How do I go this, grill, cast iron fry, what? Never had or done one, need HELP! As always, Thanks! and not, I WILL NOT do it in a crock pot!
