Howdy, Air Fryer Salmon is so quick and easy, and control of internal temp is very accurate. That said, what do y'all glaze or marinate your Salmon in, looking for a Sweet but not too spicy glaze and/or marinade.

Thanks!

Several years ago I went to Brooks Lodge in Katmai NP Alaska. To get there you go through King Salmon AK. When we went there was an older native Alaskan equivalent of an Abuela who was in the small airport waiting room, providing snacks and sharing local recipes. She had one for a salmon glaze that she said her family uses.

1/4 tsp butter
1 tbs honey
1 tbs siracha
S&P to taste.

Heat and mix before brushing on. She said you can add jalapeno slices to add extra heat. She typically did that.

I like roughly equal parts brown sugar and Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper before spreading on the glaze. If you want more spice use more mustard.

Soy sauce/sriracha/sesame oil/honey is another good combo. No help with measurements, just wing it usually.

Yes, the F&W sauces are great. They are out of Fredericksburg, TX. They have a store off of Main Street there, and you can go in a taste every thing they have.

I honestly don't have an air fryer but use this for salmon on grill and griddle.
Good Day.
