Looking for an "off the beaten path" awesome place from which to order caramels. Not looking for anything you can get at a chain/big-name store, but something boutique and stunningly awesome.

I haven't made them in years, but it's not hard. It takes more time to cut the wax paper and wrap them than it does to make them
