I was gifted an expensive bottle of tequila but im not a tequila drinker.

Is there a way to legally sell it? Google leads me to believe i pretty much can't.

I can't imagine spending that kind of money on a bottle of liquor as a gift without even knowing if the person likes the spirit or not

This. At Christmas time, I get tons of bottles of liquor from subs/vendors.
