While searching for something completely different (Tony Vitello), this came up on my search, and I had never heard of it. Anyone here made it/tried it? Is it good? I'm intrigued.

I've had versions, never a truly authentic Piedmonte version I don't think.

I had it several times when visiting Turin. It's similar to a beef tartare with aioli. The tuna was pureed into the sauce and not chunky like a tuna salad. I don't know that I'd go to the trouble of making it but would have no problem ordering it again if given the opportunity.
