I'm absolutely addicted to this "recipe". I use the quotes because you can vary it depending on what you have on hand in terms of veggies and protein. The must have ingredients are 1. Asian noodles…I use packets by Momo***u or A-Sha. One packet per serving. 2. Kewpie Mayo. 3. Soy sauce or other Asian style sauce. Bachan's Japanese BBQ is also great albeit a bit sweet. *4. Sriracha if you want a little heat added at the end.

Here's how I make my noodle stir fry:
1. Add about 1 tbs sesame oil to the wok and turn on medium to low heat.
2. Add onion and saut until soft.
3. Add garlic ( I like thinly sliced garlic but you can use minced if preferred). Cook another minute then add veggies of choice along with preferred sauce.
4. Add protein of choice that's already been cooked. Toss and bring to temp then cut the heat.
5. Cook your noodles. Usually for 3 minutes. Don't overcook them! Undercook if anything and you can still finish them when you add to wok.
6. Drain noodles in sink and add them to the rest of the ingredients in the wok. Turn heat back on long enough to stir and ensure everything is heated through.
7. Add up to 1 Tbs kewpie mayo, then cut heat again and stir to combine everything. Season with soy sauce, hot sauce, etc. to taste.
***You can do steps 5 and 6 while doing steps 1-4…it will save you time.

lol at Momo f*u*k*u being censored! And don't sleep on step 7… it's gotta be Kewpie!!! It gives it a great tackiness and umami it's not going to otherwise have!
