Welcome to our new site feedback and support forum! The purpose of this forum is to communicate changes and developments occurring within our websites as well as gain feedback as new features are released or issues arise.
In the hopes of this forum being as useful and efficient for its intended purposes, I wanted to lay out a few guidelines I believe will be helpful:
1. This forum is intended to be mostly about the technical aspects of our sites. For the quickest response for other types of comments/questions, please use our established channels of communication (faq, moderation questions or billing inquiries, etc).
2. As you may be able to observe, our site is currently going through a transition. This development has been a long time coming as there are numerous deficiencies with our old site. Your won't hurt our feelings to continue to point these out, but our time in this forum will be better spent critiquing the new developments and features as they are transitioned to our new site. The easiest way to determine the difference between to two is the logo at the top: a two-color TexAgs logo indicates our old site, a solid white logo logo indicates our new site.
3. When reporting a possible bug on the site, please be as specific as possible and always include what browser and OS you are using.
4. I will be the primary staff person engaging in this forum. For the benefit of TexAgs' continued development (we've got a lot to do!), I will have to limit my interaction to only once a day to answer questions and comments. Please do not take a day or two of silence as lack of appreciation for your comments or suggestions. If I didn't want it, I wouldn't have created this forum!
