How do I renew my subscription if my credit card is not issued in the USA. When trying to update the credit card info it ask you for "State" and "Zip Code" as required fields....

I've tried, won't answer their emails. I have the same problem of international issue credit cards and even though some of them have a US billing adress attached to them, they will not take them. I was a premium subscription up until 3 months ago.

I took care of the OP yesterday over the phone. For future reference, the way that we'll deal with this is that if you have an out of country credit card we'll only be able to sign you up with a year long subscription over the phone.

hopefully in the near future we'll have the system setup to take international credit cards, but at this time that's just not possible.
