I am having trouble posting pictures. I follow the correct code (using the img trick) but it still shows up as a link (un-clickable). Do you know what the problem might be?

Also, when you post a reply how do you quote someone else's text that they already posted (with the horizontal bars and 'quote:' text etc.)

You can't post pictures as a rookie. Get your post count up then you can post pictures.

You quote using the "quote" "/quote" tags. Replace the " with [ or ]. Or click on the edit this post button to see how I did it.

Why is there no button to quote a post and also have it say who you are quoting? Seems silly to copy and paste someones word, type the quote tags like I'm doing notepad HTML, then have readers search for who I'm quoting. Am I missing something?

Most Texags users and fairly smart and well informed. The will often read the entirety of a thread before posting and therefore do not need a reminder of who said what.

Just kidding, I don't know why it doesn't show who is quoted. Probably because it is the message and not the sender that matters?
