howdy -I'm trying to send an email to the spirit tag email address: agtag@texags.com

but I keep getting an email send error message. Do you have suggestions? I think I'm a computer idiot, lol

Are you going to the account page then the "Account Verifications" section and going through the verification process?? How they verify the ag tag now is that your texags email has to be the same that is in the association of former students registry.
