Unable to Login on Mobile Site

All the time, or only in certain instances? I couldnt log in to the mobile while using my WiFi router from Comcast.

I'm on an iPhone and the mobile site doesn't work at all for me anymore.

I get the "There was an error with your request" message every time I try to log in.

I changed my cookies on iPhone to accept from visited, and success. It was on never accept.

I've tried all that... Still nothing works.

Can only log in through regular site and then as soon as I try to transfer over to mobile, I get that error message.

and to confirm: it DOES work when you are on wifi, and it DOES NOT work when you use cellular data?

give this a try: on your phone, go here, click on "Clear Cookies", then try to go back to the mobile site and login.

I turned off private browsing and it's working. For now.

I like to use google chrome though, and for some reason it still doesn't work on there

Good to know. I just tried Private Browsing and it still seemed to work fine. I'll keep looking.

Another thing I should point out is that this has always happened every now and then. It seemed to be whenever I left my Texags on the watch list function. Then I would go to sleep or whatever and then when I tried to log back in the next morning, I would get the error message. Then I would just go back to the home page and click the premium forum and sign in that way and it would always work.

Now, it's become a permanent issue where I can't log in at all.



Don't know if you'll understand that or not. It was a little tough to explain.

Clear the texag cookie or just clear cookies.

And it must be set to accept visited or all, or it will never work.
