Do you mean the menu that is a list of all the forums? Under "Jump to other forums:"?

The same scrolling issue happens on the search menu too.

Can you tell me what version of Chrome you are running?

I'm on Version 32.0.1700.76 m, and having trouble recreating the bug.

That's the version I'm running. Very strange! Texags is still the only site that it happens on, but it is still happening.

BTW, I CAN scroll with the wheel on the mouse, but I can't scroll when I click on the scrollbar with the arrow pointer. And it only happens on the menus. When I need to scroll down to read posts, it works fine with the pointer.

Just updated it to version 32.0.1700.102, and the problem is gone. Don't know if it was something you did or something they did...but it's fixed!
