Hmmm. I posted a reply to this thread: http://texags.com/forums/16/topics/2514557 and it doesn't seem to be avilable on Politics at all any more.

It took about 10 or 12 minutes for the one on the Politics Board. The one on Outdoors stayed on the second page for a while longer. Both showed up in temporal sequence at about the same time.

Here's one with the new post sending the thread to the bottom of the first page:



Note how it goes from "Last post" of 1 day to "Last post" of 2 years.

I assume that it takes a few minutes to reindex it and put it in the proper place.
