on the desktop site, click the search icon at the top.
leave it blank and hit enter.
on the resulting search screen, click "show more options"
type the username in the "filter by user" box
hit "search"

That system is ridiculously inefficient and antiquated. Most discussion fora have a simple "post history" button on a person's profile.
