Similar to the button that takes us to the bottom. I used to be able to tap the top of the phone (iPhone) and it would scroll all the way up but now that doesn't work in the forums (I'm guessing due to the floating toolbar).

I know there is a button at the bottom but I'd like something that works if I'm midway through the page.
