Set you up free account with Imgur.com and upload picture there and then there are options for posting pics to forums etc. Imgur seems to be one of the more popular here and is a picture hosting website. You cannot post directly from your computer.

You don't have to set up account up on imgur, you can just upload without going through account setup.
