I upgraded my iPhone to a 6+ and did a full restore from the cloud. I can surf on Chrome to all sites except TexAgs. And I'm getting this error when I try to get on TexAgs. I can do it on Safari which is what I'm on now. Any idea what happened?

Clearing your cookies in Chrome should clear things up.
