How do you get Instagram posts to embed properly?

This used to never be an issue. It works with twitter if you physically change the url to "twitter" instead of "x". But it hasn't worked for Instagram in over a year. Is there any solution?

I can't get it to work, either. I can copy the URL from the address bar and get it to link. But using the Instagram button, I get "invalid URL". Doesn't matter if I use the URL from the address bar, use the "embed" link from Insta, or use "copy link" from insta

Any ideas?

Change the word "reel" in the link to "p" and it will embed.
