How long do you want to ignore this user?
Has anyone else had their TexAgs account locked recently?

I have been locked out 4 times in the past month. When I reach out to staff to clarify, I haven't gotten an answer (unless I'm missing it). The account gets unlocked by staff. Then it gets locked again; twice I haven't even posted anything new.

I see your three customer support cases. The first two were responded to immediately, so perhaps they are getting routed to your spam folder.

You appear to be using a VPN with a high number of IP addresses that have been flagged in our system.

We'll review the scoring this week, but I might advise trying a different service if you have one available.

Thanks! I will check my spam folder for future communications. I don't use a VPN though. I'm not sure how to even set one up.

I'm struggling to find the texags responses in my spam, but I'm sure they are there! This will be my last message in this thread so I don't spam the forum.


Reading up on this, I think safari has a new private relay feature that my phone has turned on. I suspect this was the issue. Thanks!
