Stop letting this guy continue to jack up ill advised shots and continue force the ball into the paint. Buzz has zero ability to reign guys in and teach any semblance of "shot selection" bc he thrives on being a players coach and just gives everyone free reign to do whatever and shoot whatever shot they want on the offensive end. They have zero fear of repercussions and it's evident how sloppy and poor our shot selection is most games

There can be a MINIMAL amount of balance where you can calmly make sure guys understand we want good high % shots taken vs literally just letting us play Melvin Watkins street ball for 40 minutes
