They're going to be incredibly tough to beat. Especially if the refs refuse to call: over-the-back. Several aggregious fouls not called in the Missouri game.

The SEC refs are awful. If the SEC underperforms in the NCAA tournament, it will be because the teams got used to football on the court and couldn't adjust to normal officiating.

Defense? At times

I don't believe, although I could be wrong, that conference affiliated refs exist in college basketball.
Anecdotally I've always understood that refs tend to swallow the whistle in the NCAAs. If true I guess that's a double edge sword for the Ags since we want ro draw fouls but we're...ahem...challenged shooting FTs.
And good for Florida, I suppose.

Floridas front court has got some serious length - 6'10, 6'11" and 7'1". Not to mention the 7'9" Canadian redshirting. They are able to grab rebounds from behind without much contact. No such thing as "over the back" anyway.

How about, "principal of verticality"? Or clobbering someone in the back of the head when going over them for a rebound and disloging their position?

Beard was fired from Texas for choking his significant other, and landed on his feet at Ole Miss the following season and has them playing at higher level than UT.

Having to go from the Celtics to the Rockets was probably the worst punishment of the bunch, and I'm a Rockets fan.

Agree with OP. Florida has no clear weaknesses other than the head coaches bench press. Taking them out is going to be extremely difficult.

If we are lucky enough to see Florida again I think we should forego the basketball game and have Buzz vs Golden in a cage fighting match… winner takes all.
