Up ten and rolling, Buzz brings in Jace/Solo for Garcia/CJ. Could have extended the lead but he brings in two guys that can't score, struggle to make good basketball decisions, in favor of two guys that had the Aggies rolling in the second half.

Did you see how tired Garcia was? He was dying out there. Wade was dying out there. Sounds good to simply say don't take guys out, but if they are exhausted then it's gong to hurt you and they were clearly trying to have as much as they could fresh down the stretch. That elevation was hitting hard.
Also I think in addition to Andy being super winded, that might have been when he also hurt his knee.

Carter and Hef played too much all year.
Manny has never been used right.. He should be rubbing off screens and attack basket on the catch, space the floor, or post up little guys guarding him. Instead we have him play point, which encourages him to be a ball hog and take bad shots (when he did play)
Because Jace could rebound and Manny can't. Buzz overvalued the rebound stat and didn't stick to what was working.Method Man said:
The 3/4 press saw Jace get burned several times for layups/FTs. Not sure why Jace got so much run when Manny was doing pretty well.
Why we never ran a pick and roll with Taylor or Phelps with Payne as well is mind boggling.zgolfz85 said:Aston04 said:

1000%. I've never understood why we don't play manny off ball whatsoever. It's painful to watch. He's so athletic, no one would be able to keep up with him off ball. Instead, we just have him play iso ball and he's not a floor manager and once he gets going, there's a 5% chance at best that he'll pass it out.

That sounds like a recipe to give up 90+ a night
this. he lost all confidence at the end. he carried us several games in the middle of the season and he relieved a ton of defensive pressure on Wade. but he went through the funk that so many offensive players go through for us and didn't even really try to get out of it the last few games.JJxvi said:
IMO, the biggest thing that happened at the end of the year is that Phelps stopped scoring.
