Trev is scared to spend money, he's scared to lose his job.

I WONT BE, we are going to spend every penny we can under my tenure, each sport will have unlimited resources to win and it's going to work because money is king, and winning brings more money.

And what if I get fired for going over budget? SO WHAT I would just be happy that I got the opportunity and go back to studying finance at the university idc.

HIRE ME FOR AD AND THE WHOLE PLANE WILL FLY HIGHER THAN EVER BEFORE COASTING ON A PILE OF $100 DOLLAR BILLS

Hell yeah brother. Then why settle for Beard? Has we won a 'ship? No, he lost one to Tony Bennett, who lost to a 16 seed. Losers, both of them.

Change the whole paradigm of coaching. Hire Calipari as lead recruiter, Izzo as in-game coach, John Wooden's ghost for film analysis, Brad Stevens as GM and Billy Donovan as development coordinator.

I'd love to see you get that job and go into that first day staff meeting talking about how 'each sport will have unlimited resources...UNLIMITED RESOURCES! YEAH!' LOL.

You ever get that job, you are going to need a much better plan than that.

Now I do see from your post you've already thought through the flaws of your 'Unlimited resources' utopian vision and have pre-determined that you'd get fired pretty quick. Yep. Probably so.

Hire somebody with a brain and pay him according to his performance with a base PLUS compensation package.

Would you want your business run by somebody who isn't willing to say, "if I produce, you pay me very, very, very well and if I don't then pay me accordingly" or somebody who says "pay me HUGE, top tier dollars and then a massive buyout/golden parachute package if I'm a failure"
