How long do you want to ignore this user?
They are the key to a team's success. Great head coaches find the best assistants possible which then allows the head coach to run the program. Case in point is Baylor. Scott Drew hasn't done anything without Tang by his side. Look at Billy Kennedy, two Sweet Sixteens with Stansbury helping him out, especially in recruiting. BCG hired great assistants and we had great success. We need great assistant coaches in addition to a good head coach.

In BCG era, with staff limitations, those 3 (Williams, Forbes, Brooks) worked their asses off. Their recruiting, teaching basketball was 24/7 full boar. And BCG could be an .... to work for.

And McCasland was on BU staff as well. Certainly others, but those 2 were toughness builders.
