-He continues to exceed at every level and is on an ascending trajectory to be one of the top college coaches in 5 to 10 years.
From the interview it kind of makes it seem A&M is a stepping stone if the job doesn't allow him to win it all here, but he should get us to a sweet 16 maybe even an elite 8. If he succeeds like people in Alabama that know him expect him to, A&M may need to invest to keep him.
