We really need Agee to qualify, especially since Mgbako is now out until possibly late November. If we don't have those 2 guys we have to play Arizona State, Oklahoma State and UCF with Federiko as our only size with experience. that's concerning.

I guess Clemence and Hinson will be getting serious minutes early on until Mgbako comes back. I wasn't really expecting those two guys to be playing major minutes this year. Gonna be interesting.

We look to have plenty of guards:

Hill
Holloway
Isaacs
Griffen
Dominguez
Dibba

But slim at the 4/5.

Given the last three head coaches seeming ambivalent on bigs at times, it is a point of curiosity as to how Bucky will treat this here (as opposed to previously.)

We have had quite a few truly unathletic bigs foisted on us in the past and our conference is both athletic AND physical so lack of athleticism should be a complete non-starter.

Going small suggests lack of key and rim protection on defense, and his previous teams leveraged smallness and quickness "well."

As long as we can score the ball like we think we can then size shouldn't be a huge issue for these games like it would be in league play but yeah we get pretty small pretty quick.
