Anybody have info on when these are going to be sent out?

If your Northwestern St game is in your wallet, and you have all-in-one, the next game will not appear until after the NW St game.

Excell, you should have gotten an email on 10/7 with a link to manage your tickets. If you didn't get the email, you can login to your 12th man account and access them there. If they are not there, you definitely need to call.

I only have "All in one" because it was added. I didn't ask for it.

Well, didn't get that email. Probably went to spam or trash.

This system is not designed for the user. It's designed for the 12th Man without consideration for the people who are not tech savy and/or have no desire to become tech savy just to get into a venue to view a series of events for which the donor has paid thousands of dollars.

When I am on the ranch, I have huge areas where there is no cell phone signal at all. It makes the process much more difficult. I have an iPhone but there are significant numbers of people who don't have smart phones ... yep, old geezers like me who have donated for decades.

I can see a massive issue at the door getting in while people fumble about trying to load up the tickets for everyone in their group or if the Internet gods or cell towers decide to take a break (like that never happens).
What's the backup plan in that event? I'm guessing they don't have one.

This is designed by the same geniuses that designed the system to sell parking with no guarantee that the parking you paid for is actually available. No preference for season ticket holders.

It's worked ok at Kyle Field this year. They offered up classes to you the process. It's not complicated at all. Only issue is if you have multiple people coming to the game separately. Best way is to have each person create an account then transfer ticket to them

Also if you bought parking it's digital so you need to download that in addition to you tickets.

I get email reminders to,download my seats for football and soccer. If these emails are going to you spam folder you need to change that
