If you look closely he slips on the guys foot going out of bounds. Terrible injury.

carried out on a stretcher and currently hospitalized. Haven't seen an injury that looked that bad on a basketball court since D Ro's.

I wish he would of stayed with us. Really liked his game. Hopefully t's not a season ender and he can come back this year.

I hope it's not worse. Looked like it could have been ankles, knees, hips, or bones on either side. I've never seen a fall like that.

Feel terrible for Payne. Looks like he landed a little awkwardly, but what made it worse is he slipped on the defenders foot. Just a low likelihood event.

It looked bad. Not DRo gruesome but maybe worse from a healing perspective. As bad as DRo looked, at the end of the day it was a clean break. Just super gross.

His foot got caught on the foot of player inbounding. Just a freak injury with freak timing.

If he's out for a significant time that's gonna leave a mark on Buzz' first season at MD. I wish it hadn't happened . Hate to see that kind of injury for anyone. I really did want to see what Buzz could do there in Yr 1

He was dressed out but didn't play vs Mt St Mary's. Must not have been nearly as bad as it looked. They needed 41 points from Coit to beat 1-3 Mt St Mary's and got their butts kicked in the paint and on the boards. Shot a huge number of free throws

It took a last second three by Coit to send it to OT and they pulled it out in OT.
