I just discovered that by manipulating the calendar dates you can actually run multi-season T-Rankings on Torvik's site.
So for example if you navigate to the first rankings 2008, and then change the calendar end date, and you have the patience to wait for all the server queries and calculations you will see that we rank about 50th in efficiency metrics over the past 18+ seasons (I'm assuming its actually working the way it appears to, the data makes sense)
I also realized then that you could do the same thing for a period for each coach.
Under Mark Turgeon our ranking is 31st for those seasons (40 Offense, 33 Defense) and ranked 293 in tempo. Biggest strength was Free Throw Rate (3) and weakness was forcing turnovers on defense (269)
Under Billy Kennedy our ranking is 57th. (91 Offense, 27 Defense) and ranked 294 in tempo. Biggest strength was field goal percentage defense (27) (Especially 3 point % defense at 14). Biggest weakness was Free Throw Rate (222) but we were similarly bad at Turnover Rate (213).
Under Buzz Williams our ranking was 46th. (53 Offense, 44 Defense) and ranked 296 in temp. Our biggest strength (anybody got a guess?) was Offensive Rebounding (2). We were also pretty good at forcing Turnovers (19) Biggest weakness was efective field goal percentage (320, Jesus Christ!?). Hilariously, we were also bad at...Rebounding! (Defensive rebounding 264)
