These guys are fun, can you imagine Bucky with boots, Q and wade taylor. Plus solo for rebounding

No question wer'e better with a healthy Mgbako. I'm not even sure we ever saw a 100% healthy Mgbako much less a 100% healthy Mgbako that knew the system and his teammates . Bucky is doing well beyond an amazing job so far imo.

Newsflash: we are better without him with where we are now. No hate for the guy but he just isn't that good, "right now". I don't know who he takes meaningful minutes from in our current rotation. I wish nothing but improvement from him next year- but he has nothing he does particularly well right now above the rest of our roster: shooting, defending, facilitating.

Could have said the same about pop, though, the first few games he was back. Even Bucky said he was our best player.

I'm not quite sure you know who he is… he won't be taking ANY minutes (meaningful or otherwise) from anyone on our roster because he's injured. He has nothing he does well right now because he can't walk, much less play basketball.

We never saw a 100% healthy Mgbako in the season. The player I saw in the summer was unreal, the hype was backed up. He is by far the most talented player on this team and they are probably 16-2 and a top 20 team if he never gets hurt preseason. He's the real deal. Getting him to come back next year would be huge to build around.

i think we are a better team without the mbasko we were getting, i get why scouts like him and i think he has nice upside but to get the best out of this team we need to move and play defense at a different pace. a fully healthy Mbakgo would hav been nice but i don't think we ever saw that. but i like where this team is and the way they play. we have alot of dog in this team.

This is the thing. Losing this kid was a big damn deal. Healthy? We are dominate. We are really good without him and we never once saw him healthy in a game.

With him playing healthy like he did in the NBA summer camp I would guess we are at 17-1 and 5-0 ranked in the top 10.

Hey smarta$$ and here's newsflash number 2: I was obviously saying when he is healthy he doesn't take meaningful minutes from our current rotation. But that was real real fkn witty of you- I'll hand you that.

I think I have to agree with you. When he was healthy at IU and then at NBA camp, you could see the complete package he brings in terms of being able to stretch the floor, attack inside, elevate for rebounds, and be a connecting piece with his vision and passing. I would've loved to see what he and Agee could've teamed up to do as a frontcourt.

Hopefully he elects to come back and solidify his draft profile.
