Pop played his best game of the year after playing the best game of his year last week. He is coming on at the right time.

You know when a backup QB comes in and the vibe just changes even if they don't actually do anything that crazy? Thats what it felt like with Isaacs running the show tonight. Just seemed to give everyone a jolt.
Ali was 4/4 FT's that was the difference he picked up Agee.
what was up with the Cat fan that got cat-called outta the gym? I saw a lot of Aggie fans waving goodbye to him and a security guard was ushering him out. I was seated at midcourt on the 2nd deck so wasn't privy to anything going on beforehand.
Can someone explain what +31 means, like I'm a second grader? I've been following basketball for a long time and this metric is new to me.
Its a metric for how much the score changed while you were in the game.

It's the difference in the score when a given player is on the court. Say you come in and it's 10-10, you go back to the bench and your team is up 17-11, you're +6. You come back in when it's 25-25 and leave with your team up 29-25, you're now +10.
Like any stat it needs context, sometimes a player just happens to be on the court when some good things happen but it can be a helpful stat to see how some guys impact the game beyond the usual stats.

Yeah, I would have to go with Pop based on his intensity alone. I also continue to be impressed with how much Clemence has increased his aggressiveness on the boards and defensively. He gets screwed a lot on the fouls…goes straight up, keeps his arms vertical and gets called anyway. Meanwhile Agee gets tackled and no call.

I'd be more inclined to agree if we weren't losing by 12 points with 5 minutes remaining in the 1st-half prior to Dominguez single-handedly erasing their lead before half. Though others piled on giving us a 12-point halftime lead.bobinator said:

Espn does not even include +/- anymore on their box score, I noticed this year.jeremy said:

Edit: Ah, yeah. I see they still have +/- for NBA box scores on espn.
They never have for college basketball. Only NBA.
I even felt like we were playing more aggressive even when we were losing though. Kentucky made some good plays and also had some incredibly lucky bounces but it felt like we were much more aggressive than we had been the last few games.
