Last week Rivals had us at 2,061 points, good for #3 in the nation, with 21 recruits. We added a 5.8 rated guy yesterday, which should add 105 points. Now they have us at 2,106 points. We didn't lose anybody and they haven't started dropping the grades for Aggie recruits yet, so shouldn't we have 2,166 points?

That'd still keep us #3 (and #2 in conference) for now, but I'm just curious if this was an error or if there's something I'm missing.

I hate how scout and rivals rank so differently...

The answer: Only the top 20 in each class are considered. So if you had a class of 23 4-stars that's the same as a class of 20 4-stars (excluding bonus points). Learn som'in new every day.

Worrying about this is bad for your health.
