So, where do we send dumbass SEC Country board posters? We send dumbass Old Rivalries posters to the East Texas board in order for them to build their skills.

Do we send dumbass SEC Country posters to the Outdoors Board? Around the nation board?

I request a ruling. Seems there are already a few posters that, well, uh, need some help.
