LSU wanted him to stay in-state at the very last minute with a late scholarship offer but he stuck with his commitment. I hope he does well.

This is an honest question but I'm not sure how to word it without sounding like a jerk. Why is it noteworthy that his teammate signed to play college ball as well? Are you familiar with the DeSoto program?

I happen to like that program because it produces good talent and has been kind to LSU over recent years. I do not have any connection to them at all. I just find it interesting that the other CB Bryson Echols was first offered and committed to Texas before Mills received his offer to LSU. Now Mills has worked his way into a starting position in a program that has produced the last 2 top 10 NFL draft pick CB's. Maybe Mack Brown needs to re-evaluate his talent evaluation.

Oh, I'd say DeSoto has been rather kind to A&M as well.

Yeah, Mr Miller seems to be doing quite well.
