They played kinda dirty, go back and watch how our guys reacted after being on the bottom of the pile when they were on offense.

We've never had an over reaction issue before, so I 100% believe they were doing something to set them off. In one of Johnny's runs you can see the guy put his forearm across Johnny's neck and pushes down on it as he "attempts to get up" but doesn't actually go anywhere, Johnny pushes the guy off of him and gets in his face while the ref is just standing there the whole time.

Evans was flagged on a ticky tack call, but after his push/shove to the DB, the DB rared back with a balled up fist like he was going to hit him, I don't believe for a second that the DB intended on doing it but he wanted to elicit a response from the already hot Evans and didn't get the reaction he wanted.

Sonny's team played with same attitude his dads taems played with at TT. The result was nearly the same.

Saw several dirty things go uncalled. Some pretty slick... And they acted well.

Worked for them. Got the response they wanted and gained them lots of free yards.

I played when a forearm shiver to the head was a perfectly legitimate move. Physical ball is fine.

What I saw from latech was a lot of after the whistle dirty stuff that should have been flagged.

They were playing very dirty and I'd be fine if we left them off our schedule for a good long while.

All that anticipation after the game was postponed... All the mouthing to the refs... All the free penalties...

They were a last minute addition, weren't they? After their poor sportsmanship, I don't see us scheduling them again.

They were trying to provoke us and get in our heads, and it worked.

Great. It's ****ing football. Hopefully it'll be a learning experience for our boys since we've been softened up playing in the Big Vagina conference for too long. Gotta learn to take that type of dirty play and give a little back during the play all without losing our heads or doing things between plays that make for obvious penalties.

Then again, the penalties were called on some of our redshirt or true freshmen. So how to handle this type of "extra" activity takes a little for them to get used to.

They wanted to distract A&M and it worked but the cheap shot to Swope was the worst and their idiot coach made a fool of himself arguing the call.

That guy holding JFF down while they were on the ground was the trash that fired me up the most. No need for that! JFF was pissed!!

in my mind, this is where the refs screwed us. they allowed the dirty after the play stuff, and a whole bunch of trash talking, to the point of retaliation.

the evans exchange was a good example. that guy was in his ear the whole game. and when evans had had enough, the push each other, and evans gets called for the foul. should have never gotten that far. the refs can hear what they are saying to each other. they should have nipped it in the bud.

Did any one else catch Pattons flop for the personal foul? yacking his jaw to Harris (I believe) and he gives his a small shove to back him up and Patton pulls a Steve Nash.

I think it was worthy of European soccer dive, maybe even South American.
