Someone asked the other day about a Mark Johnson coaching tree, and I thought of Hutch. He's our program's MJ holdover and clearly picked up a lot of character from Coach Johnson.

The futures camp? You should have gotten an email from Hutch. I know that for next week it's:
Day 1 noon-5:50
Day 2 8:30-5:10
Day 3 8:30-3:00

July 8-10....the later one was full. He's on wait list, but there was a spot in this 8-10 one, so we took it!

My son is doing the under the light camps this Saturday. He's so excited and hoping some players will be there. If Jace shows up, he will be completely star struck.

Update from Saturdays camp. My son had an absolute blast at the hitting camp. After we checked him in, my son was walking down the hall of the Diamond Club to go wait in the batting cages and out walked Coach Earley. Coach gave my son a high five and my son had him sign his baseball for him. Later on coach Hutch told my son that he got the very first Coach Earley autograph as a head coach. He also got to meet Chris Cortez and got his autograph, he was on cloud nine after that meeting.

This was our first time to send our son to an A&M camp and we will definitely do more in the future. Coach Hutch does an amazing job with these camps and are extremely well ran.

Our 16 year-old grandson try to register for the August camp but was too late. Waiting list of 65 kids for that slot.
