Too earley in the season.

For all the twisting and turning the forum was doing when the TEAM was rolling in pitching and hitting during the EARLEY part of the 2024 season, it's poetic justice that coach Earley will be leading this team going forward.

The foreshadowing was right there and we all overlooked it

Why? Is there a tree head coaches fall from or a warehouse somewhere?

Here's something I hope will help you out, there one thing all elite, great coaches have in common, they were assistants somewhere. Everyone of them, it's quite astonishing

It all depends upon the staff that Earley surrounds himself with if he is hired as HC. He needs an ace recruiting coordinator, and a top notch pitching coach. I trust him with a hitting coach hire or he may try and handle that himself.

This may be more about Earley as the Associate HC. Still a promotion, a big raise and that much closer to a Head job in the future.
