I know the guys wanted him, but give me some feel good stories. After the betrayal we suffered I want to hear some stuff that will make me like him personally. Anyone have anything? I know next to nothing about him.

Can TexAgs set up something where only Ag tags can start posts for a few days to stop troll threads from taking place.

Just go to his Twitter Account. One look at those family photos, and it will tell you all you need to know.
There has not been I time I that saw him after a game that he did not stop to shake hands, say howdy to my kids,or just spend a minute with fans.
He bought into 203 so quickly that he went from "give em hell, new guy" to "give em hell, Earley" in his first season.
His wife and kids are always around and love Aggie baseball.
I am absolutely over the moon about this hire.

Lots of video interviews with him on YouTube. Players love him. He's a good young coach with a bright future from what I've read. Cares about his family. From what I've personally seen, he cares about the sport and the players. Those two qualities make him a huge improvement from the last skip.

My daughter works with Earleys wife, they definitely didn't want to leave for Austin. But with that said, you need a job and without knowing for sure who the head coach might be, he needed to protect himself and his family. He is a great hire and will hopefully be our HC for years and years!

Just go read player reactions all week. There is an entire thread. If the people who play for him can't vouch for his character, then no one on this board can satisfy you.
If you need more confirmation, just look at the roster of people ready to follow a first year HC in the spring.

If you are a young assistant coach, you are in even a weaker position than a player to chart your own course.
If your d-bag boss, asked you to move to Texas with him, you say yes. Especially while supporting a family and in a vulnerable part of your career being so young.
I don't hold this against him at all.

Reason I thought you were a sip is bc right after the hire was announced you start questioning his character. I figured an Ag would not do that one right at that time. Even if you thought it, you would not post about it. Kind of like Boomer not bashing Schloss when we hired him but he actually knew he had character issues.
