Michael Earley was recruiting coordinator for A&M and Longley was recruiting coordinator for Texas last season?

So both guys in charge of recruiting for A&M and Texas are in College Station now? Did Texas overplay their hand?

I gotta think that helps is in any head-to-head battles and maybe steal some away from tu.

Maybe I'm thinking this is bigger than it is…

Michael really re-arranged the candidate board for the AD when started presenting his plan. The HC coming from Wash is also known as a great recruiter...esp on the west coast. If young Fox is turned loose on the recruiting trail... We should be able to convice a few kids to come to A&M.

Yes, getting Longley was a big deal.

Are A&M's core values..optional? Who has the POWER to determine that? Are certain departments exempt? Why?

I thought Nolan Cain was the one who built the roster?

It sounds like Easley made decisions on who to go after and then Cain did the heavy lifting of actually getting them here?

Nolan Cain was recruiting coordinator and did the heavy lifting. Yes Earley helped with it but Nolan is the guy on the phone searching far and wide identifying who to go after. For me ideally it's someone's full time gig.

I don't recall ANY olayers calling for Cain or Weiner to come back or did I miss something? If so, that is very telling.
