Then we hired POS (who I already hated for checking our pitcher's glove in one of those games), and I saw the same mental resiliency in our teams the last 3 years. I researched a bit about how POS commits so much time and resources to that part of the game and I was really intrigued by it. I think it makes a huge difference in performance.
Do you think the new staff will continue investing the time and resources into the mental approach/aspects like POS did?
