Whelp, the real fun is what the posters prior to you said. Everyone knows these way too early polls, predictions, etc.,...are not worth the paper they're written on, especially now in the NIL/Portal world of coolege sprots.

7 out of 10 pick Ags to Omaha, and those picks with some of our players still in the portal.

If they were to do the same chart today, we might pick up another pick or two.

That said, it's way too early.

He is the only one out of the 10 not to pick Florida and he is only one of 3 not to pick us.

TCU has had some good transfers so far and they are in a weak BDF. They may not be Final 8 material but I don't think they are necessarily dunzo.

Florida has made it 9 of 14 years. Odds are they'll be there even sans TheCags.

Plus 10 players in the portal including their freshman all-American pitcher.

I was thinking it was more like 6, but I don't know that for sure. And Cade Fisher (assuming that's who you're talking about?) is a Sophomore (he was a FreshAA last year) who pretty much sucked this year and I don't think he got a start after March. A freshman, Liam Peterson, took his job. EDIT: he is 64Analytic's #1 ranked portal player as of today (after Jace/GG pulled out).

I think 2 of their starting position players are in the portal if I remember right. But as we all know Jac hit .415 and they didn't have a single other player over .280, most in the .240 range.

They definitely have some things to rectify if they're going to be back in the playoffs, much less Omaha. I don't know enough about their incoming class to project how they'll get help there.

In the portal I'm pretty sure they stole one of Clemson's SP, as well as 3-4 starters in the OF/IF from other teams that hit .350ish. Kyle Jones and Justin Nadeu for sure. That Cyr kid from Miami. I feel like they grabbed someone from Tech maybe, but can't be sure.
