You have to have them somewhere online. I use giphy.com.

Just Google "______ gif" and then go to images and copy and paste one.
Other way is to go to tenor/giphy or other gif sites and copy a link to the image and just paste it in a post. Make sure it ends in ".gif".

I use the Chrome browser on my phone for everyday usage, but have found copying gifs from safari and pasting in Chrome works for me. Paste the full link and then Delete all the bs after .gif
