Well we have gotten rid of a couple of Jim rats and followed up with 2 Mike drops!
With all the athletes returning or committing to our programs, I am stoked on where we are headed with our athletic programs. While the trajectory is currently up, we will have to wait several years to see if we made the right decisions, but it sure does look like we have made some good hires.
The Slimedongle rode into Austin thinking he really pulled a fast one over on the Ags, taking the coaching assistants and hoping the players would follow. Next, he had an Early exit and he is now left with a Max Wiener to be his big talent puller. With what the big Wiener did with our pitching this year, I expect he will be the next to leave Austin. So Slimedongle will likely lose his Wiener and have to look for a substitute. Maybe he will see if he can get the Big Unit to be his next sidekick in Austin as a pitching coach.
It is so awesome that none of the current players wanted to follow any coaches to tu. While they have had some suckcess with some recruits, I don't think this has been the landslide the sips were looking for. Just gotta love it!
